Mark Knickerbocker

Mark Knickerbocker oversees Hallcon’s comprehensive safety and risk management strategies, focusing on critical safety outcomes, insurance, claims, and compliance. He plays an integral role in developing an enhanced safety team aimed at significantly reducing safety incidents across the organization.

With over 20 years of experience in claims management, risk management, safety leadership, and quality control, Mark brings a wealth of expertise to Hallcon. Before joining the company, he led risk management operations at Sedgwick CMS as Director of Client Services. Mark also holds several professional certifications from the American Institute for CPCU, including Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), and Associate in Claims (AIC).

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Human Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, KS.
