Kevin Ramsay

Kevin is responsible for driving strategy across Hallcon’s organization, with a focus on the company’s most critical continuous improvement initiatives. His responsibilities include fleet modernization, driver engagement, and OTP optimization, delivering sustainable improvements for Hallcon’s employees, clients, and business.

Kevin has been with Hallcon since its introduction into railway crew transportation in 2003, most recently leading the company’s Rail Operations business across the United States and Canada. He started his career as an accountant at KPMG and, prior to joining Hallcon, held positions as an Associate and a Vice President for a Toronto-based investment bank, working on private company buyouts, refinances, and acquisitions.

Kevin holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Economics and Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University. He has served in teaching positions at Wilfrid Laurier University and volunteered on several community councils. Kevin formerly served as the President of the Board of Directors for a Toronto condominium corporation and served several years on the Board of Directors of Hallcon. Outside of work, Kevin has a passion for cars and golf, and enjoys other family activities such as camping, biking, and boating.
