Casey Bramwell

Casey oversees Hallcon’s Safety, Risk Management, and Compliance functions, working closely with the Rail and Commuter Operations Teams and collaborating with leaders across all lines of business. His focus is on enhancing Hallcon’s safety culture, proactively managing risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

With more than a decade of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), insurance, and fleet operations, Casey brings proven leadership and a track record of driving operational excellence and meaningful safety outcomes across global organizations. He has a strong background in building and leading enterprise-wide safety, risk, and compliance programs that deliver measurable results.

Prior to joining Hallcon, Casey held safety leadership roles at organizations such as Climate Pros and American Airlines, where he designed and implemented scalable safety infrastructures that resulted in significant cost savings and reductions in injuries and accidents. He began his career in aerospace, advancing through progressive leadership roles in global risk management, environmental compliance, and regulatory investigations.

Casey holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences from The University of Tulsa.
