In March 2020, Hallcon completed one of the largest deployments of its kind in North America as an expansion of its Demand Response operations. In just four months, our team overcame significant challenges in hiring, onboarding, and training 800 drivers, sourcing 300 vehicles, and launching service in more than 100 locations across 8 states without compromising safety or service quality.

In the face of unprecedented challenges from the COVID-19 outbreak, we took swift, sweeping action to protect Hallcon employees and our riders. Our team stood strong in order to honor our commitment to our client and continue to provide critical and essential services for our nation’s infrastructure.

“I never once heard ‘We can’t do this’ from any team member. It was always ‘Let’s figure out what we need to do to make this happen’”, recalled Kevin Jaycox, Director of Operations, East Division. “I’ve worked for a lot of companies, but I can tell you with certainty that Hallcon’s leadership cares more about their employees than any company I’ve ever worked for. They put safety first, and without their support we wouldn’t have been able to pull this off.”

A special thank you to all the Hallcon team members who led our efforts through all of this. This is what it means to be #HallconStrong.
