Hallcon is excited to welcome Jennifer (Jen) Regas to Hallcon as its new Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Jen will be focused on streamlining financial reporting processes in a fast-growing environment. Jen will also have responsibility for other critical functions such as insurance, risk management, banking syndicate relationships, fleet management, and vehicle leasing and purchasing. Jen will be based in Hallcon’s Lenexa office and will report directly to Hallcon’s President & COO, John R. Stoiber. Jen adds, “I’m excited about the opportunity to bring my process discipline to Hallcon. The speed at whichHallconisgrowingisexactlytheenvironmentthatIenjoy. In her prior roles Jen developed her experience in linking strategy and deliverables to measurable financial results in fast-paced environments, utilizing creative innovation while developingstrongworkingrelationshipsatalllevelsoftheorganization. JenisaCertified Public Accountant, a member of the AICPA and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
Mr. Stoiber states “Jen’s role will include all financial and procurement related functions to generate improvement in both financial results and velocity. Jen brings with her over 20 years of finance experience which will enhance our overall leadership team in processes, and financial acumen.”
